Cancellation and refund policy

1. CANCELLATION - Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment - To cancel, email us at yarrenterprises1920@gmail.com with your payment ID

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY - Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours - No refund once ID card printing/production has started - No refund for completed digital services

3. REFUND PROCESS - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days - Amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS - Customized ID cards after production starts - Digital services already delivered

5. HOW TO REQUEST REFUND - Email: yarrenterprises1920@gmail.com - Include: Order ID, Payment ID, Reason for refund
